Delete your data
OrgBooks keeps your books in your own folder — on your computer or in your Google Drive. We hold almost nothing about you, and what we hold you can have deleted at any time.
Your books
- In OrgBooks, open People, choose the user, then Delete user — their statements, documents and records go from your folder.
- To remove everything, delete the OrgBooks folders (OrgBooks Database, OrgBooks Convert, OrgBooks Go) from your computer or your Google Drive.
Send STOP to OrgBooks' WhatsApp number: your number is disconnected and the files waiting for you are deleted. Anything left is deleted by itself after the period the privacy notice states.
Your account and licence
Write to support@orgbooks.in from the e-mail address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. We answer within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Records the law requires us to keep (such as tax invoices) are kept only as long as it requires.
